At MTD Construction we take pride in every roof system we install.

We are not here to just sell you a new roof, we are here to design a roof system that fits your building needs. First thing to consider is, will it need to be a full tear off or a retro fit cover over. Whether it be a full taper or partial taper insulation system to provide the best water drainage possible. Also available, high density recovery board or insulation for high traffic areas. Along with different roofing membranes to suit your needs; TPO, EPDM, or PVC.

EPDM: Retail space for durability and due to the fact with different tenants come different roof equipment in an out of your building, with EPDM this is not as costly as the other products.

PVC: Typically used on restaurants due to its ability to resist most damage caused from grease and cooking oils vented out through the roof.

TPO: Industrial buildings, same warranty as the rest but with a cost savings on large buildings due to a quicker installation.
