Dr. Jenny Davis is a private clinical psychologist in Hertfordshire. Specializing in eating disorders, anxiety, and trauma, Dr. Davis provides expert therapy tailored to individual needs. She is trained to deliver the following treatments: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), MANTRA (Maudsley Model of Anorexia Nervosa Treatment for Adults), and specialist CBT for Eating Disorders (CBT-E). Dr. Davis is also currently in training for Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
