This is a small group psychotherapy practice that offers couples therapy, child therapy, and general therapy with offices in NYC and Westchester. We offer deep and comprehensive treatment with interactive therapists. We take the time to learn what you're looking for help with in order to accompany you or your family in getting the support you need.

We recognize the decision to seek therapy isn’t always an easy one. It can be painful to look inward when you have learned to find other ways to cope much of your life. The idea of opening up to a stranger may feel daunting, and lead to questions about what to do once you start. At Thalassa Psychological Services, we try to take our time and focus on the details, getting to know you and your needs and figuring out how to best help you. We believe your feeling safe and heard is important, and a strong connection with your therapist is paramount. If you got to this point, know we take your inquiry seriously and respond within 1-2 business days. After your initial contact, we will schedule a free 15-minute phone call to discuss what brings you to therapy and what you’re looking for. We will then introduce you to the therapist that will best fit your needs.
